Admission requirements for elite medical training academy:

  • Must be 18 years of age, 
  • Have a high school diploma, GED equivalency, have attended college classes or demonstrate ability to benefit.  See catalog for details.  .:    
  • Students must provide a government issued Identification.
  • Students must be U.S. citizens or provide proof of legal residency.  
  • Students are required to speak and understand English proficiently.    
  • The registration fee of $200 plus $250 must be paid at the time of enrollment.   The balance can be paid by a payment plan with 3 additional payments of $450 each. 
  • Criminal background clearance and health and drug screening may be required by the program/course or necessary to place a student in a clinical agency. 
  • Students must provide a negative Hepatitis test and negative TB test. 

The total course cost for the Phlebotomy course is $1800.

Payment plans are available

  • The Course for Phlebotomy is 88 hours and includes an unpaid internship to learn in a live environment.  The course duration is 8 weeks with Saturday classes.  
  • The next Phlebotomy Class is starting 4/12/25. Call 661-874-5452 now to get enrolled! 

  1. Schedule an appointment with us for enrollment by sending an email or call for an appointment. We can do enrollments in person or in Zoom.  The enrollment process will only take about 50 minutes and you will be ready to start!  Call 661-874-5452 and ask for Admissions to enroll
